These Booking Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made through Zakopane Summer.

ELEVATE2501 EOOD is the legal contracting party for all bookings made through Zakopane Summer. We arrange accommodation, activities, transport and holiday packages directly and through carefully selected accommodation providers and activity partners.
By making a booking and paying a deposit, the lead guest confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all members of their party.
Your booking is only confirmed once:
Until confirmation has been issued, availability and pricing cannot be guaranteed.
A €100 deposit per person is required to secure all accommodation bookings.
The remaining accommodation balance must be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking.
Deposit amounts vary depending on the activity booked.
The required deposit will always be displayed before payment.
Unless otherwise stated, any remaining balance is payable on the day of the activity.
Payments may be made using the payment methods offered during the booking process, including bank transfer and secure online payment options.
Available payment methods may change from time to time.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are displayed in Euros (€).
Once your booking has been confirmed, your price will not increase due to supplier price changes. Zakopane Summer will absorb these increases where applicable.
The only exception is where additional government taxes or mandatory legal charges are introduced after your booking has been confirmed.
The €100 accommodation deposit is normally non-refundable.
If cancellation is made more than 8 weeks before arrival, Zakopane Summer may, at its discretion, offer the value of the deposit as booking credit towards a future booking.
Activity deposits are refundable provided cancellation is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity.
Cancellations made within 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund.
If you wish to amend your booking after confirmation, we will always do our best to help.

We cannot guarantee that all requested changes will be possible.
If we are unable to provide your booked accommodation or activity, we will first attempt to offer an equivalent or higher-value alternative.
If a suitable alternative cannot be provided, you will receive a full refund for the affected service.
Mountain weather and outdoor conditions can change rapidly.
For safety reasons, guides or activity providers may alter, postpone or cancel activities.

If minimum numbers are not reached, we may offer:
Guests who fail to arrive for accommodation or activities without prior notice will be treated as a “no show.”

Zakopane Summer accepts no responsibility for travel disruption resulting from incomplete or invalid documentation.
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:
Zakopane Summer and our suppliers reserve the right to refuse participation or terminate services where a guest:
No refund will be given in these circumstances.
Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused by themselves or members of their party to accommodation, vehicles, equipment or property.
Repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.
Guests remain responsible for their own personal belongings throughout their holiday.
Zakopane Summer accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged property.
If belongings are left behind, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with their return. Any postage or courier costs are the responsibility of the guest.
Photographs and videos may occasionally be taken during activities or holidays for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in photographs or videos, please notify us before your activity or holiday begins and we will respect your request wherever reasonably possible.
Zakopane Summer works with carefully selected accommodation providers, transport companies, mountain guides and activity operators.
Some services are delivered by independent suppliers, who remain responsible for the operation and safety of those services.
Minor operational changes, including guides, vehicles, timings, accommodation allocation or routes, may occasionally be necessary. Where this happens, we will always aim to provide an equivalent or improved experience.
For multi-day holidays and touring packages, daily itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, mountain safety, local regulations or operational requirements.
Where changes are necessary, we will always aim to provide an experience of equal or greater value.
If you experience a problem during your holiday, you must notify Zakopane Summer or the relevant supplier as soon as reasonably possible so we have the opportunity to resolve the issue.
Any formal complaint should be submitted in writing within 28 days of the end of your holiday.
Zakopane Summer shall not be liable for cancellations, delays or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Guests aged 16 years and over are considered adults for pricing purposes unless otherwise stated for a specific activity.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bulgarian courts.
